Pratheksha is a nonprofit charitable trust that works to enrich the lives of underprivileged children through education, mentorship and access to quality healthcare. Founded in 2012 by Srishti Innovative a leading technology company, the Trust was started with the noble intent of preserving the rights of each and every child to be educated, live healthy and happy lives. The Foundation began its work in Kerala and now finds support globally. We have an established network of sponsors and well wishers in India and overseas, and have been fortunate to have Kerala Cultural Society of Metropolitan, Washington as one of our patrons.

Our Programs
Akshara
You can impact the world in many different ways. However, there is no greater impact than empowering young minds with education and knowledge.
Akshara is Pratheeksha’s flagship venture, aiming to ensure equity and sensitivity in education. With a pan India reach, the program aspires to dispel inequities in education and improve the access of the underprivileged to education.
The progress of each child is ably monitored by experts. We encourage the complete engagement of all communities and sponsors. After all, children are the future and best investments of any nation.
Life Club
Quality healthcare access to all communities is still an issue that India continues to confront in the 21st century. Despite technological advancements, many communities still suffer from the want of access to basic healthcare amenities.
Pratheeksha’s Life Club indulges in volunteering activities, hoping to improve the access of underprivileged communities to basic medical support. Since 2012, Life Club has extended medical support to many downtrodden communities at their hours of need.
Training
Our training program endeavour is the recent addition to Pratheeksha’s legacy of volunteering projects. Through, this project we aim to create a difference in society with focused training programs which the youth can greatly benefit from. Our counsellors guide the youth in all aspects of life.
