Pratheeksha, an initiative by Srishti Innovative, helps to create new hope around the world by providing the most urgent needs for food, education, and medicine to the poorest of the poor. This noble cause provides a new and promising future to the needy children and their families too.
Today Pratheksha along with the Helping Hands Organisation planned a program to distribute food kits (which include rice, grains, pulses, sugar, and tea) to 42 families with economically backward status. Representatives from our office and some volunteers from the Helping hand organization divided themselves into two teams. With great enthusiasm, they visited the house of 42 families chosen from the list.
The life of these families we visited today is not so easy or perfect or goes on as expected, as they are not able to move along with their daily needs. But still, we saw a twinkle in their eyes today, filled with happiness and gratitude. It’s our privilege to help them lead a better tomorrow. At Srishti, we make it a point to always be a helping hand to the underprivileged people and we will continue to help by funding food distribution, educational opportunities, and access to medical care where they are needed most.
